Gregg Russell Concert Series

April 1–3, April 6–10, April 13–15,
7:30 p.m.–9 p.m. Over the years, Gregg Russell has become a classic at The Sea Pines Resort. You’ll find him under the famed Liberty Oak in Harbour Town, entertaining adults and children alike, and his concerts are not to be missed. Complimentary.

Boys & Girls Club Oyster Roast
5-9 p.m. Join friends and neighbors for one of season’s last All-You-Can-Eat Oyster Roast at the Old Town Dispensary, 15 Captain’s Cove in Bluffton. The event benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Bluffton. For a $20 donation made at the door, guests can enjoy all the oysters they can handle under the tent next to the Dispensary. Maundy Thursday Service
7 p.m.  Join us for a “Journey to the Cross” at the Bluffton Ministry Center, 29 Plantation Park Drive, Building 100, Suite 101. “Journey to the Cross” is an interactive experience in which participants of all ages follow in the footsteps of Jesus through the last moments of his life. The journey will include Holy Communion.

April 3
Good Friday Performance of the Requiem by Rutter
7 p.m. The combined adult choirs of St. Andrew By-The-Sea United Methodist Church (Hilton Head) and Bluffton United Methodist Church will perform the Requiem by British composer John Rutter as part of the 7 p.m. Good Friday service at St. Andrew By-The-Sea, 20 Pope Ave, HHI. Easter Bunny Wagon Ride
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Enjoy our spring exploration of the Sea Pines Forest Preserve and spend some time with the Easter Bunny. Reservations are required and may be made by contacting The Sea Pines Resort Recreation Department at 843-842-1979. $15/adults, $10/children (ages 12 & younger)

April 4
"Party in the Pines" Fundraiser
4:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. Please join the Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation for our inaugural spring event. The evening will include a picnic themed menu including BBQ, chicken and hot dogs, live music and fun for the whole family. Proceeds benefit capital replacement projects in the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Easter Egg Hunt
11 a.m. The Sea Pines Resort and the shops in Harbour Town are sponsoring their annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Gregg Russell Harbour Town Playground.  The event is complimentary at no charge to participants.

April 5
Easter Sunday Sunrise Service
7 a.m. St. Andrew by the Sea United Methodist Church will hold a sunrise service at Coligny Beach, near the Holiday Inn Oceanfront (or at the church in the event of rain or imminent threat of rain—check the website for any changes).

April 9
Pink Partini
5:30-8 p.m.   Join Pink at Napoli Ristorante and Pizzeria in Bluffton for our April Pink Partini. There will be fantastic drink specials, appetizers and a lot of fun to be had. Come have a martini at the Partini!  (See ad on pg. 4)

Hilton Head Island Ski Club TGIF

RBC Heritage

Lowcountry Christian Women's Connection Fashion Show
11:30 a.m. The April Luncheon will be held at the Hampton Hall Clubhouse and will feature a Fashion Show including the latest fashions and accessories from Stein Mart.  Guest speaker will be Jill McGahan, a humorous speaker from St. Simon’s Island, Ga.  Her topic is “Going Full Circle the Hard Way.” Cost for the lunch is $24, with prepaid reservations due by April 8.  Make checks payable to CWC Bluffton and mail to:  CWC Bluffton, P.O. JSLB 10th Annual BBQ Fundraiser
6–9 p.m.  Join the Junior Service League of Beaufort for "Rockin' on the Rooftop" their 10th annual BBQ fundraiser at the Old Bay Marketplace Rooftop. Enjoy live music with The Bull Grapes, an open bar, delicious BBQ, craft beer, silent auction, dancing, cornhole and all for a great cause. Proceeds will be distributed to non-profits that support women and children in the Beaufort area. Presented by Beaufort Memorial. $40 ticket. Zonta's Sip & Swing for a Cause
1Join the Zonta Club of HHI for an amazing weekend of fun, food and friends at the Sip and Swing for a Cause.  Friday 6-8 p.m.: 2nd Annual Sip for a Cause with Silent Auction kicks off the weekend. Bid on fabulous items while sipping various selections of wine and beer, paired with tasty hors d’oeuvres. Saturday at 1 p.m.: 16th Annual Charity Golf Classic, Swing for a Cause.  Enjoy a round of golf, food, and awards party. All net proceeds support women and children organizations in Beaufort County, as well as service projects of Zonta International.  Both events will be held at Bear Creek Clubhouse in Hilton Head Plantation. "Find Your Voice" Toastmasters Open House & Speech Marathon
10 a.m. - noon at the Hilton Head Public Library. Public speaking is one of life's greatest fears. Join us to learn how to find your voice and conquer the fear of public speaking. This will be a highly interactive and engaging event, and will include a Speech Marathon featuring local Fast Trackers Toastmasters Club speakers who have "found their voice" and who will motivate, entertain and inspire you.
